Returns

I will accept returns for both Made to Order and Ready to Ship items within 30 days of the item’s purchase date ONLY if it is in the same condition as when it was delivered. There needs to be no visible wear or tear.

If there’s a quality issue with your item, please reach out to me at kiauna@zombieandco.com and we can figure out what to do from there! Every item is thoroughly inspected before sending out, but the door is always open if there is an issue.
